GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY

* Prices are exclusive of shipping rates (unless specified).
* Shipping is only TUE, THU, SAT (except when it's on our way )

* Payments must be made a day BEFORE shipment schedule. (EXCEPT HOLIDAYS)
* We will not be held accountable for any MISHANDLING or DELAYS caused by courier's negligence. You may request for insurance to protect your items which will be added to your total cost. FYI, based on experience, there has been no report so far of mishandling.
* Only FULLY-PAID orders will be processed.

* NO RUSH ORDERS ( item needed less than 3 days). For exemptions please text us 09267491246 so we can check if we can accommodate.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY:

* We will accept exchanges within 7 days upon receipt of items for the following conditions (1) item is still in perfect condition (2) unwashed, no traces of usage or tampering (3) complete packaging, plastic & tag still intact.
* Shipping will be shouldered to and fro by the buyer.

#1 VIA JRS EXPRESS

* SHIPPING SCHEDULE: TUE, THU, SAT only
* DELIVERY LEADTIME: 1 to 2 working days from shipping schedule after receipt of payment. For out of coverage areas, items will be delivered 3 to 5 days.
* SHIPPING RATE: FLAT RATE (anywhere in the Philippines): P100  (non-rush orders). Additional fee for rush orders.

#2 VIA LBC EXPRESS (Optional only for JRS out of coverage areas)

* SHIPPING SCHEDULE: EVERYDAY (may depend also on messenger availability)
* DELIVERY LEADTIME: 1 to 2 working days after receipt of payment. For out of coverage areas, items will be delivered 3 to 5 days.
