Measurement tips: These pouches are non adjustable so it is important for you to get your right size. To do this, measure your shoulder to the top of your opposite hip bone taking the tape measure diagonally across your chest. Then match your measurement to the table below to see which size you will need. A tip for preggy bellies: take measurement across back (still hip to shoulder)..this way, you can get your real measurement sans the bulging belly..plus you will lose the weight anyway ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU BREASTFEED!!
